Phil Hickson takes role of SVP, Global Partnerships at The Estate Registry

Wilmington, DE – 3 October 2024 – The Estate Registry, a leader in cloud-based tools and services for intergenerational estate management, has appointed Phil Hickson as Senior Vice President (SVP), Global Partnerships.

The Estate Registry (TER) was launched three years ago by Phillips & Cohen Associates, Ltd (PCA), the global leader in deceased account care management and technology solutions. TER has three innovative solutions designed to support consumers and organizations responsible for managing the process of maintaining and finalizing estate administration work, including lawyers, solicitors, trust and insurance companies, and creditors with both pre- and post-probate needs. First launched in North America, TER’s suite of modern technology services is now being rolled out in the United Kingdom.

Phil moves to TER from PCA, where he has been Sales Director for Germany for the past year. In his new role as SVP, Global Partnerships for The Estate Registry, Phil will be working with the global sales teams to deliver on the business’ growth strategy within existing markets for TER, as well as looking at new markets to support the growth of all three TER solutions – LegacyNOW, NotifyNOW and InheritNOW.

Phil has more than 25 years in sales and business development, having held senior level positions including Head of Business Development in the UK and Ireland for debt collection and credit management company Intrum, Head of Business Development for debt purchaser Lowell Group, and International Business Development Manager for GE Money.

Phil’s previous three years with PCA means he already has a deep appreciation and understanding of the compassionate care required for deceased account management that improves customer outcomes and support clients’ reputations.
